Driver or Mechanic card loss
If you loose your Drivers card or Mechnic card, you can ask in the customer support office to issue a new card. The handling fee for a new card is € 25,-

Internet Connection via SIM-Cards
We provide a free-of-charge SIM-Card (9GB) of Batelco for the internet connection which is sufficient for your need during the event. If you run out of data-capacity you can buy a refill online or directly at the Batelco stand in the Paddock.

The race karts practice ban at the Bahrain International Karting Circuit (BIKC) starts on November 04, 2023.

COMPETING BRANDS
Team Clothing & Race Suits
During the whole period of the event, drivers, mechanics and the teams are not allowed to expose any brands on their race gear and clothing which are competing with the brands BRP, Rotax, Mojo, XPS, Dell’orto, BirelArt, Praga and Sodikart. Details are given in the Sporting regulations Article 26

Sporting Check-In
Sporting Check-in office will be located at the big Dome in the paddock.
An open WiFi connection will be available only during the Sporting Check-In days for you in the area of the big Dome and the surrounding. Please make sure to pick-up your SIM-Card at the Batelco stand as soon as possible to run the Global App.
Before visiting the Check-In Office please make sure that you have got all documents complete, correctly filled and signed, otherwise you can not register.

- Saturday, Dec 02, 2023 – 08:30 am - 04:30 pm
Mandatory for Drivers
Rotax Global App
The Rotax Global App is the main communication channel and therefore mandatory for all drivers and entrants. Download the App named ROTAX GLOBAL from the App Store or Google Play and select RMC Grand Finals from the list of championships
Although the App is self-explanatory a detailed user guide is available for download below.
